Anilox  Cleaner C1 is a professional cleaning solution developed by Flexo Wash for the deep cleaning of anilox rollers in automated anilox cleaning systems.

The product is a water-based alkaline formulation containing natural soda and specialized surfactants that help loosen and break down dried ink and residues accumulated inside the cells of anilox rollers. Regular deep cleaning helps maintain the volume and performance of the anilox cells, supporting consistent ink transfer, colour density and print quality.

C1 forms part of the FW Anilox  Cleaner C  component system and is used together with FW Anilox  Cleaner C2.

The system is suitable for cleaning anilox rollers used with water-based, solvent-based and UV inks, making it suitable for a wide range of flexographic printing operations.

Mixing Ratio

C1 is used as part of the two-component FW Anilox + Cleaner C system.

Recommended combination:

15 kg FW Anilox + Cleaner C1

5 kg FW Anilox + Cleaner C2

The system is intended for use in an automated anilox cleaning machine. Always follow the manufacturer’s current operating and mixing instructions.

Storage and Handling

Store in the original, tightly closed container in a suitable cool and dry area, protected from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Handle the product according to the manufacturer’s safety instructions.

Packaging

Anilox  Cleaner C1 is supplied in a 20 kg plastic jerrycan. Decase also supplies the product as part of pallet quantities together with the corresponding C2 component.
